We had a wonderful respite from the recent arctic chill, a lovely sunny touch of early spring and a great reminder of how much fun winter cycling can be in our area.

Loretta and Sarah were the Jari twins today, both sporting new Fuji Jari wide-tired 1x11 all-road bikes; and Sarah and Tom were Alltrack twins, Tom recently having traded his black Acura wagon for a new white VW Allttrack nearly identical to Sara's.  I've got one too, mine's silver: a great car for a cyclist as a bike fits right in the back with both wheels on, even a large one (59-60 cm) with full fenders.
