Mechanicals/Mishaps - Diana has a flat near the start
Report - We had a very thin turnout probably because of the early rain and threatening rain later in the day but our ride was in between the rainy weather and was beautiful and warm with some sun. As we were getting started on the IHRT, Belinda rode to the front to tell us that Diana had a flat and was going back to the start. Diana caught up with us as we were climbing Mount Pisgah on Bumpy Oak Road and told us a man fixed her flat. It was a pleasant uneventful ride through Ripley and on to the Pisgah Store for our rest break (although we took several breaks along the way). At the store, there were riders form other classes of rides which gave us a chance to visit and chat. On our return leg and soon after getting on the IHRT, we spotted a snake trying to avoid us as it went into the vegetation on the side of the trail. We didn't see much wild life probably because there were so many people out and about on this beautiful part of the day.
