The ride was together until the bottom of the hill on Route 6. We also stayed together on the hill and over the top! At that point, I was hoping we could stay together for the whole ride.
We had a few folks trailing off the back at the hill on Budd’s Creek Rd. but we were able get the pack to hold back a bit on 301 and Mr. Blaine dropped-back to pull the trailing riders up to the group.
The pack caught a few minor breakaways off the front during the remainder of the ride. Other than that and the hill, the whole group was together for the whole ride – great!
It was a fun ride and it was nice to see what the group can do when working together. I heard a number of riders indicate that they had scored a PR for the route last night.
