Member Sam Perry joined me for my (unpopular!) hill repeats ride that starts from my house early in the morning. At this time of year the sun is just barely up so front and rear lights are definitely needed. Today's route after our 2+ mile warmup was Rosecroft Rd hill repeats, 2 sets of 3 plus 1 more before heading up Bock Rd southbound to the cool down loops. My stats were 24.4 miles (I usually do a mile or 2 before the official ride start), 11.1 ams, 1627 ft of climbing. Not a bad workout before coffee and breakfast!! Note: after the ride when going up the steps to my front door, I noticed the soft feeling of a tire going flat. Sure enough my rear tire was spongey. I know what I'll be doing later today!!
