Ride leader: Steve Palincsar

Members: Karen Morgan, Stuart Morgan, Ron Altemus, Patricia Sanders, Janell Saunders, Mary Scala, Pat Walthers, Sarah Clement, Alexa Shrempf

Weather: Sunny, breezy (8 mph winds) 49-50 at the start rising to around 60 or 61.  Sunny but brisk, thanks to the wind - not quite "winter ride with early daffodils," but not far off.   "Winter Into Spring" (George Winston) was definitely the album for the day.

Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/32051679   31 miles, 1230' elevation gain.  From Pisgah Park we headed south on Mason Springs and Ironside to the turn onto Durham Church.  Having descended, we went right on MD-6, north on Annapolis Woods and back south again on Fire Tower to 6 and MIll Swamp to Blossom Point and a rest stop at Goose Bay.  Leaving Goose Bay, we climbed Blossom Point, went east on MD-6 to Burch, then northwest on Poorhouse to Pisgah Marbury and back on Bicknell.

Mishaps & mechanicals: Ron had a flat on Pisgah Marbury - on a new tire with less than 100 miles on it - and had a bit of a struggle getting the back wheel to seat.

AMS: 11.6 at the back.
